★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stufa a pellet venduta come "in offerta lancio perchè era un nuovo prodotto", scopro invece, contattando direttamente il produttore, che quel modello era invece ormai un modello obsoleto. Inoltre,quando ho chiesto se avessi dovuto fare qualche comunicazione all'Enea per avere la detrazione, mi hanno detto che non era necessario: ho perso quasi mille euro di detrazione. Poco professionali e anche piuttosto maleducati.

Furthermore, when I asked if I had to make some communication to Enea to get the deduction, they said it was not necessary: I lost almost a thousand euros of deduction. Unprofessional and also rather rude.
