★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FATE VERAMENTE PENA!!!!! Dopo aver sborsato quasi 600€ per riparare la caldaia mi si è rotta dopo soli due mesi in pieno inverno con -4 gradi e mi hanno risposto che hanno altre urgenze!!!!!!! CHE SCHIFO FATE VERAMENTE PENA!!!!!!
 REALLY WORTH IT !!!!! After spending almost € 600 to repair the boiler, it broke after only two months in the middle of winter with -4 degrees and they replied that they have other urgencies !!!!!!! THAT SUCCESS YOU REALLY WORTH IT !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché zero non si può!a maggio hanno sostituito la scheda alla mia caldaia 310€, successivamente controllo fumi e un accessorio 110€,da ieri sera la mia caldaia è in blocco che equivale a niente riscaldamento né acqua calda,li contatto questa mattina per chiedere assistenza mi viene detto che mi avrebbero ricontattato,non avevo notizie li ho chiamati poco fa e molto sgarbatamente un signore mi ha detto che per loro ricontattare significa domani,che essendo sabato si sposta a lunedì,questo vuol dire che fino a lunedì di sicuro avrò la caldaia in blocco,quindi senza acqua e riscaldamento dopo aver dato a questi signori 420€ circa sei mesi fa(quindi ancora in garanzia)!non mi aspettavo di certo che sì sarebbero precipitati a casa mia ma almeno avere un po' cura del cliente visto che non siamo ad agosto e visto che si tratta di un assistenza su un loro lavoro ancora in garanzia......non vedranno un euro da me e credo che procederò anche per vie legali dove possibile

In May they replaced the card for my boiler € 310, then smoke control and an accessory € 110, since last night my boiler is blocked which is equivalent to no heating or hot water, I contact them this morning to ask for assistance I am told that they would contact me, I had no news I called them a little while ago and very rudely a gentleman told me that for them to contact again means tomorrow, that being Saturday it moves to Monday, this means that until Monday for sure I will have the boiler blocked, so without water and heating after giving these gentlemen 420 € about six months ago (therefore still under warranty)! I certainly did not expect that they would have rushed to my house but at least have some '' customer care since we are not in August and since it is an assistance on their work still under warranty ... they will not see a euro from me and I believe that I will also proceed by legal means where possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non si possno dare zero stelle!!! Per niente cordiali al telefono, sembra che ti facciano un favore a risponderti e a darti un appuntamento.
Pulizia caldaia fatta molto velocemente senza smontare nulla, con un pennello che avrà 20 anni completamente consumato ed inutile. Vengono senza nemmeno un bidone aspiratutto e senza scala.
Venuti ad aprile per la solita pulizia biennale, ho dovuto pagare 250 euro perchè hanno danneggiato la sonda NTC e mi hanno dato la colpa.
Li ho richiamati il giorno seguente chiedendo di mandarmi un altro tecnico perche quello del giorno prima (che mi ha rotto la sonda) non aveva assolutamente pulito la caldaia.
Li ho dovuti richiamare ieri (quindi dopo solo 3 mesi e mezzo dalla pulizia appena menzionata) perchè sul termostato dentro casa appariva la scritta Allarme 3 che corrisponde alla mancata pulizia dello scarico dei fumi. Ma quindi ad aprile i due tecnici cosa hanno fatto?
Per farvela breve l'ennesima "pulizia" di stamattina mi è costata altri 70 euro. Il tecnico è arrivato alle 9 ed è andato via alle 9:15.
La ditta Bove è una vergogna!! Non chiamateli!! Ce ne sono tanti altri in zona che lavorano molto meglio e non ti prendono in giro.

Boiler cleaning done very quickly without disassembling anything, with a brush that will be 20 years old completely worn out and useless. They come without even a vacuum cleaner and without a ladder.
Came in April for the usual biennial cleaning, I had to pay 250 euros because they damaged the NTC probe and they blamed me.
I called them back the following day asking to send me another technician because the one the day before (who broke my probe) had absolutely not cleaned the boiler.
I had to call them back yesterday (so after only 3 and a half months from the cleaning just mentioned) because the word Alarm 3 appeared on the thermostat inside the house, which corresponds to the lack of cleaning of the smoke outlet. So what did the two technicians do in April?
In short, yet another "cleaning" this morning cost me another 70 euros. The technician arrived at 9 and left at 9:15.
The Bove company is a shame !! Don't call them !! There are many others in the area who work much better and don't make fun of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Data una stella perché meno non è possibile. Scortesi sia al telefono e sia il tecnico che è venuto da me... spero non siano tutti così. Al momento della prova fumi, mi hanno chiesto un soprapprezzo esagerato per avermi fatto un forellino nel tubo sopra alla caldaia, assurdo! Chiesti 20 euro in più dal "tecnico" (se si può chiamare così), con quei soldi ci compri 4 punte nuove, inoltre il "tecnico" non è stato nemmeno in grado di vedermi la pressione della caldaia perché non riusciva ad attaccare il manometro alla valvola, mentre quelli precedenti non hanno avuto nessun problema a farlo... Incompetente! Dovrebbe cambiare mestiere! Cercate altra gente per il controllo della vostra caldaia... mai più da loro e sconsiglio vivamente.

Problem with Hermann boiler, called in the morning and left the same afternoon. Problem solved with board change. Technically prepared and helpful guy. Prices in the norm. Positive experience.

Truffaldini e maleducati. Ogni volta che hanno fatto la pulizia della caldaia si è rotto sempre qualcosa e ho dovuto sborsare centinaia di euro. Lavori fatti in pochi minuti e anche fatti male. E viste le recensioni precedenti non sono l'unica a cui sono successe queste cose, quindi statene alla larga!

Cheating and rude. Every time they cleaned the boiler something broke and I had to pay hundreds of euros. Jobs done in minutes and even badly done. And given the previous reviews I'm not the only one that has happened to these things, so stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non si possa dare 0 stelle. Maleducati e strafottenti. Caldaia nuova che va in blocco, li chiami e non ti rispondono. Devi chiamarli con numeri che non conosco per farti rispondere e quando riesci, ti dicono che sarà un problema tuo e che loro non posso fare nulla se la caldaia va in blocco. Non parliamo della pulizia caldaia....chiami e decidono loro di fartela mesi dopo perché "non ci guadagno a arrivare fino a dove abita". Per uscite con caldaia in garanzia si fanno pagare soldi, ladri e incompetenti. Sconsigliati anche alle persone peggiori del mondo. Zero serietà, si comportano bene solo se hanno grossi margini di guadagno. Pessimi è un complimento.
Too bad we can't give 0 stars. Rude and arrogant. New boiler that goes into lockdown, you call them and they don't answer you. You have to call them with numbers they don't know to get an answer and when you can, they tell you that it will be your problem and that they can't do anything if the boiler goes into lockout. Let's not talk about boiler cleaning .... you call and they decide to do it months later because "I don't make money getting to where he lives". For outings with a boiler under warranty, money, thieves and incompetents are charged. Not recommended for even the worst people in the world. Zero seriousness, they only perform well if they have large profit margins. Bad is a compliment.
