Rapporto medico paziente inesistente, L'empatia nemmeno sa dove sta di casa. Insomma soddisfatta al 100% del servizio che rendono. Ho avuto modo di fare diverse visite di endocrinologia in questo centro e ogni volta, ritrovo la stessa persona arrogante, al limite della buona educazione (ma forse senza il limite) con un fare sprezzante e un'aria di superiorità che davvero non si addice ad un medico che DEVE avere il dono dell'empatia e il cui obiettivo dovrebbe essere AIUTARE gli altri piuttosto che ridicolizzarli e sminuirli. Per me è da RADIARE.....e non penso che andrò mai più a fare un consulto con una persona che certo non si può chiamare MEDICO! Io penso che un medico debba avere anche un minimo di entusiasmo nello svolgere il proprio lavoro...una freddezza immensa...noi pazienti siamo un numero e a loro nn interessa nulla di noi. Un sorriso, qualche parola, spiegare cosa si sta facendo...nulla. Se si è spaventati o perplessi perché almeno io nn sn medico e nn capisco quello che loro scrivono...puoi morire solo dalla paura...perché l unica cosa che ha saputo dire...il suo medico saprà cosa dirle. Entusiasmo signori medici entusiasmo. Le mummie lasciamole nei musei. Grazie mille cmq...adesso so che qui nn verrò più. E areggiate la sala che l odore è sgradevole Bad smelling place. I think a doctor must have even a minimum of enthusiasm in doing his job ... an immense coldness ... we patients are a number and they don't care about us. A smile, a few words, explain what you are doing ... nothing. If you are scared or perplexed because at least I am not a doctor and I do not understand what they write ... you can only die of fear ... because the only thing he could say ... your doctor will know what to tell you. In quanto a pulizia e strumentazione nulla da dire, ma dall'accettazione al "medico" che mi ha visitata l'arroganza ed indisponenza era ai limiti della sopportazione. Non ti guardano in faccia e rispondono per forza. Ti dicono cosa fare e di andartene via con fastidio. Certi mestieri dovrebbero essere fatti con empatia e passione e non trattare i pazienti come se fossero oggetti di una catena di montaggio in una fabbrica. Tra l'altro mi ha dato molto fastidio essere trattata con sufficienza solo perché esente per patologia, avendo pure l'ardire di dirmi che evidentemente la mia endocrinologa non mi ha voluto fare l'ecografia nel suo studio perché non potevo permettermi la spesa. Avessi pagato avrei avuto un altro trattamento? Mai più! Un consiglio: un sorriso è gratis e migliora la vita! I was in this center yesterday for a thyroid ultrasound. I miei esami fatti un mese fa non erano validi per lei; ci ha detto di farli in una clinica competente (io li ho fatti da "Salvaggio", che è quanto dire!). Non voleva darci l'ecografia (dopo aver pagato la visita) perchè voleva che ritornassimo a fare gli esami di sangue lì. In accettazione hanno detto a mia zia che la sua ricetta non era valida e l'hanno fatta pagare per intero! Anche le segretarie sono state sgarbate e maleducate per quanto mia madre ha chiesto il motivo per cui gli esami non fossero validi. Non ci andrò mai più !!! My tests done a month ago were not valid for her; he told us to have them in a competent clinic (I made them at "Salvaggio", which is what to say!). NON CI RITORNERÒ MAI PIÙ, Dottoressa incompetente, arrogante e ai limiti dell’educazione.. ha offeso me e i miei dottori sentendosi l’unica capace a esercitare la sua professione, dentro quella stanza sono stata zitta perché sono abbastanza educata ma col sennò di poi ripensando a quanto mi ha detto quella specie di dottoressa dovevo offenderla anch’io. NON CI RITORNERÒ MAI PIÙ E NON AVRANNO NEMMENO UNA BUONA PAROLA. INCOMPETENZA È L’UNICA PAROLA CHE REGNA LI DENTRO perché un personale che prende in giro un signore perché richiede un massaggio che li dentro non si effettua e viene preso in giro per la sua richiesta non si può neanche ritenere personale competente….
