Ho chiesto alla parrucchiera ANNA, un taglio scalato per i miei capelli ricci e lei mi ha dato una risposta che in 27 anni non ho mai sentito: "assolutamente no, i capelli ricci vanno tagliati pari". Io ho insistito per il taglio scalato, perchè lei non se ne voleva convincere, e alla fine la parrucchiera ha fatto finta di darmi ragione, dato che una volta asciugati i capelli erano palesemente pari. Se chiedo di farli in un certo modo, nonostante tu non sia d'accordo, devi soddisfare la richiesta del cliente. Risultato, sono andata da un altro parrucchiere per farmeli sistemare, dato che erano INGUARDABILI.
Parliamo poi della messa in piega: si è lamentata più volte che ci stava mettendo tanto tempo a farli lisci e che la prossima volta che vado, quando prenoto, devo specificare che ho TANTI capelli, lunghi e ricci. Cos'è? Se specifico che ho tanti capelli mi dite che siete pieni? State tranquille che qui non tornerò mai più.

I asked the hairdresser ANNA, a cut I climbed for my curly hair and she gave me an answer that in 27 years I never heard: "absolutely not, curly hair must be cut even". I insisted on the scaled cut, because she didn't want to convince him, and in the end the hairdresser pretended to agree with me, given that once dried her hair was obviously equal. If I ask you to do them in a certain way, even if you disagree, you have to satisfy the customer's request. Result, I went to another hairdresser to get them settled, as they were ADVISABLE.
Let's talk about the styling: she complained several times that she was taking so long to make them smooth and that the next time I go, when I book, I must specify that I have MANY long, curly hair. What's this? If specific that I have a lot of hair tell me you are full? Rest assured that I will never return here.
