★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci si trova a proprio agio, sembra di essere a casa e gli odori e l'accoglienza sono eccezionali. Per un lavoro di benessere sul corpo e sulla mente lo consiglio vivamente.
Lo yoga non è solo esercizio fisico legato alla corporeità, ma è anche ginnastica per la mente. Attraverso la pratica si raggiunge un equilibrio psicofisico ottimale; infatti, oltre alla consapevolezza del proprio corpo, si sviluppa il controllo delle proprie emozioni, fino a essere in armonia con il mondo che ci circonda. Grazie alla volontà e alla concentrazione è possibile dunque ottenere anche l’equilibrio dell’anima. Lo yoga allora non è più solo un’attività, ma diventa un vero e proprio stile di vita a cui aderire in base alle proprie esigenze.
