Da ravvivare con nuovi negozi e da ristruttutare, ha delle buone potenzialità e un'ottima posizione tra il centro di Pesaro e il porto. Nelle vicinanze comunque c'è il Registro Storico delle famose Moto Benelli...unico e spettacolare , da visitare...molto gentili i coordinatori del Museo. Se si passa per Pesaro e siete appassionati di moto,dovete senza dubbio fare tappa in questo posto. Oltretutto è una delle prime cose che si vedono arrivando da Nord dalla statale... La metà dei negozi sono sfitti e gli appartamenti e uffici degradati.
