Mai in vita mia ricordo di aver subito un trattamento del genere
Gestione vergognosa di una richiesta di surroga peraltro senza aver dato lettura a uno solo dei documenti in mio possesso.
D'altronde ora mi spiego perché fossi quasi in ora di punta,l unico avventore.
Comunque arriverò a chi di dovere a denunciare qualcosa che definire spiacevole è dir poco.
Peccato che certi istituti abbiano certe persone a gestirli...Poi ci chiediamo il perché del fallimento di certe banche???!!!
Iniziamo a trattare il cliente come si deve e poi ne riparliamo!!!
