Il giorno della visita mia suocera ha accompagnato la bambina alla visita, mia suocera ha più di 70 anni e no ha idea di come si svolga una visita sportiva. Al termine della visita che è stata eseguita per certificato agonistico, mia suocera ha detto che avevamo prenotato per visita non agonistica, a quel punto il medico ha agito in modo molto maleducato e nervoso. Ho chiamato il centro benefits e quando ho detto alla signora al telefono che ero il padre della bambina e che mi sembrava ci fosse un problema riguardo alla visita, ribadendo che al momento della prenotazione mi avevano comunicato l'importo di 35€ (comunque in modo tranquillo), Lei mi ha risposto reagendo come se le stessi dando la colpa dell' errore. Io ho replicato cerchiamo di mantenere la calma e l' educazione, e la signora mi ha immediatamente congedato senza possibilità di chiarimento. At the end of the visit which was performed for a competitive certificate, my mother-in-law said that we had booked for a non-competitive visit, at which point the doctor acted in a very rude and nervous way. I called the benefits center and when I told the lady on the phone that I was the child's father and that it seemed to me there was a problem with the visit, reiterating that at the time of booking they had communicated the amount of 35 € to me (in any case quiet), she replied reacting as if I was blaming her for the mistake. I replied, let's try to keep calm and polite, and the lady immediately dismissed me without any possibility of clarification. Very rude and hasty

V	Valentina Donvito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggiore sulla piazza! Maleducati e cafoni. Da evitare con cura. Disinteressati alle persone sembra una catena di montaggio. La mia colpa è stata presentarmi con 7 minuti di ritardo. Sfortunatamente ho trovato trafficò. A quel punto il medico ha cominciato ad incalzarmi e sgridarmi alzando la voce perché non avevo compilato delle carte (non so neanche quali carte). Gli ho risposto chiedendo se per caso mi stesse sgridando, perché non mi sembrava il caso. A quel punto è andato in escandescenza persino la segreteria ha tentato di calmarlo, dopo avermi mal apostrofato. Il medesimo mi ha detto di andarmene e che avrebbe chiamato i carabinieri….non si sa per quale motivo. Gli ho detto di chiamarlo pure perché mi sembrava il caso. Visto la sua agitazione. Sono allibita…..Sono stata aggredita ed attaccata verbalmente da un medico che mi minacciava di essere un pubblico ufficiale. E avevo prenotato una visita da 80€. The worst on the square! Rude and boors. To be avoided with care. Disinterested in people it looks like an assembly line. My fault was showing up 7 minutes late. Unfortunately I found it busy. I replied asking if by chance he was yelling at me, because it didn't seem the case. At that point, even the secretariat tried to calm him down, after having badly addressed me. The same man told me to go away and that he would call the carabinieri .... no one knows why. I told him to call him as well because it seemed appropriate. Given his agitation. I am shocked… ..I was attacked and verbally attacked by a doctor who threatened me to be a public official. And I had booked a visit for 80 €.
