Be wary of this help center. I paid for an intervention under warranty because everything was working (according to them) and they downloaded the problems on the installer, but they didn't warn me that I would have to pay ..

Persone molto gentili e competenti ; con molta cortesia si sono resi disponibili per un successivo controllo sulla caldaia a distanza di due giorni vista la vetustà della macchina.
I called the Raeli service center following a request for intervention on my mother-in-law's boiler. Very kind and competent people; with great courtesy they made themselves available for a subsequent check on the boiler after two days given the age of the machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cambiato con altro centro assistenza Beretta dopo avere scoperto che qui pagavo di più, anche per un bollino che, in realtà, non mi è mai stato fatto ed inviato.
I changed to another Beretta service center after discovering that I was paying more here, even for a vignette which, in reality, was never made and sent to me.
