★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meno di una stella non si può... Ho preso appuntamento tramite il sito driver per effettuare un cambio gomme,ho preso quindi una giornata di permesso dal lavoro e sono andato all'orario preso. Risposta: non vediamo il tuo appuntamento quindi non possiamo fare nulla.
Non hanno nemmeno provato a risolvere il problema.
Morale,una giornata di lavoro persa e gomme non cambiate. Mandria di incompetenti.
You can't have less than a star ... I made an appointment via the driver site to change tires, so I took a day off from work and went at the scheduled time. Answer: We don't see your appointment so there's nothing we can do.
They haven't even tried to fix the problem.
Moral, a lost day of work and unchanged tires. Herd of incompetents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno risolto immediatamente un problema di foratura ad un pneumatico che avrebbe altrimenti bloccato un evento promozionale. Intervento effettuato rapidamente, senza appuntamento ed arrivando pochi istanti dopo la riapertura pomeridiana. Prezzo onesto per un lavoro effettuato con cura. L'addetto si è prodigato anche in consigli sull'usura dei pneumatici.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata qui perché mi si era bucata una gomma. Il signore che mi ha accolto è stato gentilissimo, simpatico e molto educato e mi ha aiutato subito. Servizio molto veloce, attento e preciso. Anche all'ufficio accettazione c'è una signora gentilissima. Mi sono trovata benissimo.
I went here because my tire was punctured. The gentleman who welcomed me was very kind, nice and very polite and helped me immediately. Very fast, attentive and precise service. There is also a very kind lady at the reception office. I had a great time.
