Mi sono recato presso il centro di Arese senza appuntamento per la revisione dell'auto.
Nel giro di 40 minuti la macchina era pronta.
Accettazione velocissima, gentilezza ,
e tanta competenza da parte di Lorenzo, responsabile delle revisioni.
Assolutamente consigliato.
 I am the owner of a long-term ALD vehicle.
I went to the Arese center without an appointment to have the car checked.
Within 40 minutes the car was ready.
Fast acceptance, kindness,
and a lot of competence on the part of Lorenzo, responsible for the revisions.
Absolutely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Penso che le foto parlino da sole, non mi è mai capitato di vedere un lavoro di carrozzeria svolto in questa maniera.
Il paraurti è stato verniciato in modo frettoloso, riportando gocce di vernice in eccesso in più punti oltre che macchie di vernice bianca sulle plastiche nere attorno ai fendinebbia e altre imperfezioni.
Preso nuovo appuntamento per intervento in garanzia, prima data utile un mese dopo. Il veicolo mi è stato riconsegnato dopo 3 giorni e sono presenti ancora le medesime problematiche.
BAD EXPERIENCE. I think the photos speak for themselves, I've never seen a bodywork work done in this way.
The bumper was hastily painted, bringing back drops of excess paint in multiple places as well as white paint spots on the black plastics around the fog lights and other imperfections.
Made a new appointment for intervention under warranty, first useful date one month later. The vehicle was returned to me after 3 days and the same problems are still present.

In 45 min revisione fatta, grazie anche al responsabile, Lorenzo Gallo, il quale dopo avergli esposto il problema, ha provveduto in maniera rapidissima. Consigliato!
Great center that offers 360 degree assistance. My car inspection had just expired and after a series of unsuccessful phone calls, I receive a positive result from Aurocenter. In 45 min revision made, thanks also to the manager, Lorenzo Gallo, who after having exposed the problem to him, proceeded very quickly. Recommended!
