★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so se siano bravi a riparare gli elettrodomestici, non posso esprimermi su quello, ma solo sul fatto che se ti poni male con i clienti, non lasciandogli neanche spiegare la problematica, trattando le persone con superficialità ed alzando la voce per coprire quella dell'interlocutore, allora è normale che vadano altrove. Mi spiace doverlo scrivere ma di persona non mi è stata data la possibilità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problema alla lavastoviglie: mi reco nel centro e spiego la problematica.
Mi viene riposto "l'unica maniera per capire cos'ha la lavastoviglie è intervenire con un coperchio speciale trasparente che permette di guardare all'interno".
Dopo qualche giorno interviene il tecnico ma di questo coperchio neanche l'ombra.
Viene effettuata una diagnosi di una ventina di minuti (non so con quali criteri) e la risposta è "manca il sale".
Mi stacca 50 euro rilasciandomi un foglio che non è neanche una ricevuta fiscale e se ne va.
Dopo neanche un mese la lavastoviglie si blocca di nuovo; chiamo e spiego la cosa. La risposta scocciata è "ci risentiamo più avanti perchè tra poco chiudiamo e andiamo in ferie".
CONSIGLIO A TUTTI DI RECARSI ALTROVE.

ADVICE TO EVERYONE TO GO ELSEWHERE.
