Nel classico tappetino dove si poggia il braccio per il prelievo non viene mai sostituita la carta che lo ricopre (io l'ho trovato molto sporco). Un'altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che la fattura non viene emessa in automatico (se non la richiedi non te le danno). Purtroppo non posso affermare lo stesso per le signore addette alla reception, tutte scortesi. Dopo mesi di incertezze se sottopormi al vaccino, mi ero quasi decisa (visto che ieri mattina, presso il centro vaccini allestito dal Comune di Mascalucia avevo avuto un approccio con il medico addetto) di seguire il protocollo ed eseguire il sierologico. Alla richiesta se potevo avere il risultato in giornata (visto che il medico mi aspettava) le signore, in coro e contrariate, mi rispondono che non è possibile poiché troppo tardi (erano le 10.50) e per l’esito, l’indomani. Cioè, oggi, appena 24 ore di attesa e solo in formato cartaceo. A quel punto chiedo di lasciare il mio indirizzo e-mail per evitarmi di presentarmi nuovamente presso il laboratorio, visto che siamo sempre in emergenza Covid ? e visto che, siamo pure usciti dal Medioevo già da svariati secoli. La risposta negativa non si fa attendere: “Già basta quello che facciamo, siamo abbastanza oberate, dobbiamo già provvedere a trasmettere tramite e-mail gli esiti dei tamponi all’Asp. Ci manca pure questo!”. Gentilissime signore del Centro Analisi S. Lucia di Belpasso, grazie di tutto e congratulazioni per la vs accoglienza. Non mi vedrete più. Non so se questa è professionalità o se è normale seguire senza batter ciglio una procedura sicuramente errata.
