Dalle 7.30 del mattino già erano presenti più di 15 persone in fila , (non vi dico alle 10.00 la fila dove arrivava ) un sistema di raccolta delle schede punti assolutamente arcaico. Un povero ragazzo, da solo a gestire, tutta la procedura. Se non si riesce a far fronte alla distribuzione dei regali in maniera più ordinata e veloce , vi consiglio vivamente di togliere la raccolta punti . Sarebbe opportuno che tutta la procedura sia informatizzata , anche perché , dopo aver raccolto i punti per un intero anno devo avere la certezza di trovare tutti i premi del catalogo. Soltanto successivamente si dovrebbe accedere all info point a ritirare il premio dopo aver ricevuto un SMS o una e- mail che mi conferma l arrivo del regalo scelto. C	Carlo Caruso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato stamattina x ritirare alcuni premi maturati con la raccolta punti ma ...haime 'non tutti erano disponibili (come ogni anno).....dovrò ritornarci più in la'...(come ogni anno).....la solita carenza organizzativa...(come ogni anno).....ho assistito personalmente ad una telefonata ricevuta dell'addetto che negava l'arrivo di un regalo al cliente al telefono....pasta...quando vi erano numerosi cartoni accatastati pronti x essere distribuiti.....la persona addetta alla distribuzione si è giustificata nei miei riguardi dicendo che si faceva la "calca" di clienti qualora avvesse'detto si è arrivata !...sono schifato da tale atteggiamento del personale addetto alla distribuzione dei regali....è gente senza rispetto verso coloro che si recano presso questo punto di distribuzione che devono far km e perdere tempo inutilmente....non meritano di lavorare certa gente !
