Le posso dire che non l’ho mai ricevuta e neanche ho avuto modo di parlare con lei. Non sono mai stato scortese o maleducato con nessun cliente e soprattutto non ho mai chiesto soldi in più a differenza dei portali come Booking Trivago Hostelworld o Venere . Qual’ora non mi ricordassi di lei, ed è realmente venuta a chiedere info, saranno state le 10€ al giorno di parcheggio in più’ (servizio a pagamento) come specificato sui portali a far crescere il prezzo della camera, ma scrivere delle info a casaccio, senza nessuna base veritiera, è sinonimo di mancanza di rispetto per chi realmente lavora … Oppure , scrive qui per conflitti di interessi. Nos recibieron muy amables, la única pega es que al llegar allí tienes que llamar por tlf para hacer el check-in. Lo cogimos con desayuno y mereció la pena. Very clean and also a pleasant and well-kept environment. They received us very kind, the only downside is that when you get there you have to call by phone to check-in. We took it with breakfast and it was worth it.

Se le stelle sono 4 è per via della colazione, assolutamente migliorabile, sia per varierà e soprattutto qualità We had a good time, and comfortable enough. Qualcosa da migliorare c'è, ma sono piccolezze. We were greeted very kindly. Owner very helpful. Clean general environment. Large and bright room. There is something to improve, but they are small things.

Everytime someone inside the hotel flushes the toilet, washes hands, or takes a shower, it sounds like the toilet is being flushed right next to you. Very loud neighbors. Dogs barking until late at night and early in the morning. Moreover, my room was smelling from cigarette smoke. The service is extraordinarily friendly, the wifi is very good.

The rooms were very clean, the host (Mauro) was very kind to us and informative, he allowed us to leave our luggage there before the actual check-in time. Breakfast was more than we expected - very diverse and they even had gluten-free and lactose-free products, which was a nice details. The location is about 20 min walking from the city centre. I recommend it.
