Excellent structure affiliated with the NHS. Polite, courteous, very professional staff. Given the turnout, waiting times are not very short.

Abbiamo interpellato l'ASP che ci ha dato ragione, infatti con un altro laboratorio di analisi non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. First and last experience: they created bureaucratic problems that caused loss of time and nervousness. We contacted the ASP who proved us right, in fact with another laboratory we didn't have any problems.
L	Lalla Giordano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandalosi. Mi hanno fatto attendere 2 ore con un bambino di un anno in braccio che doveva fare un prelievo e digiuno dalle 6:30. Ci sono passati davanti anche “amici” della dottoressa adulti e forti che non hanno atteso più di 10 minuti. Credo di non aver mai assistito a un disservizio peggiore da parte di un centro analisi. Siamo andati successivamente in un centro analisi (Balistreri) sempre a Bagheria che ovviamente ci ha dato la priorità occupandosi di noi con cura e attenzione. Sono stata realmente tentata dal chiamare le forze dell’ordine ma a volte non si ha la forza di lottare per ogni ingiustizia. Comunque, a mai più . Scandalous. They made me wait 2 hours with a one year old baby in my arms who had to do a blood sample and fast from 6:30 am. We also passed in front of "friends" of the doctor adults and strong who did not wait more than 10 minutes. I believe I have never seen a worse disservice from an analysis center. We then went to an analysis center (Balistreri) also in Bagheria which obviously gave us priority by taking care of us with care and attention. I was really tempted to call the police but sometimes you don't have the strength to fight for every injustice. However, never again.

Ti rilasciano una ricevuta con gli esami che hai richiesto e l'importo che dovrai pagare al ritiro, Peccato che magicamente il totale poi lieviti vertiginosamente e da 30€ ti ritrovi a dover pagare 75€!!! Nessun problema, gli errori possono capitare(nonostante sia contestabilissimo) ma DULCIS IN FUNDO NEL 2022 NON HANNO IL POS, QUINDI DEVI ANDARE A PRELEVARE E POI TORNARE!!!!! Ma non dovrebbe essere obbligatorio?!?!?!? For the pick-up you arrive at 7:30 am do not leave before 9, even though you are the SIXTH IN SHIFT !!!!
