★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ebbene avevo letto molte recensioni ottime ed ho voluto provare. Antipasti buonissimi, i primi idem anche se i raviloni di crostacei non erano molto sapidi, quasi scialbi. Il dolce preso, la crostatina, non è stata all altezza del resto. Il personale bravissimo e presente il conto un po caro anche perche il servizio si paga in percentuale al conto piu spendi piu paghi, come in america. Questo andrebbe rivisto.
Well I had read a lot of great reviews and wanted to try. Very good appetizers, the first ditto even if the crustacean ravioli were not very savory, almost dull. The dessert taken, the tart, was not up to par. The staff are very good and the bill is a bit expensive also because the service is paid as a percentage of the bill, the more you spend the more you pay, like in America. This should be reviewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location piccola ma curatissima, moderna, pulita. Il servizio cortese e professionale. Ma andando al cibo, è stata una sorpresa ottimi gli accostamenti, presentazioni ed impiattamento fuori dal coro. Il palato è coccolato sotto ogni punto di vista.
Small but well-kept, modern, clean location. The courteous and professional service. But going to the food, it was an excellent surprise the combinations, presentations and dish out of the pack. The palate is pampered from every point of view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina all'avanguardia. Location carina giovane gestita da fratelli che dimostrano di avere una marcia in più, che non si trovano lì per caso ma che hanno un progetto dietro...infatti si respira un'aria che coniuga cucina attuale arte e cultura.
Ottimi i piatti a base di pesce che i titolari hanno saputo esporre con maestria incoraggiandoci a provare. Esperienza top da provare per poi tornare.
State-of-the-art cuisine. Cute young location run by brothers who prove to have an edge, who are not there by chance but who have a project behind them ... in fact you can breathe an air that combines current cuisine, art and culture.
Excellent fish dishes that the owners have been able to display with skill encouraging us to try. Top experience to try and then come back.

A winning choice for eating well, in a welcoming and tidy place. Sicily feels well declined in the dishes that are presented with contemporary dishes that are beautiful to eat even with the eyes! Excellent quality / price ratio. If you pass by Bagheria stop at VintiReci, you will be satisfied!

Se volete mangiare una pizza (ma non solo) davvero buona andate da Vintireci. Il menù pizza è diviso per mare, contado e terra e tutte le pizze hanno degli ingredienti ottimi. Io ho preso la Panormus ed è davvero buonissima, molto delicata. Anche la cucina comunque è eccezionale per non parlare dei dolci. Tutto davvero squisito, personale gentilissimo! Qualità prezzo/insuperabile! Super consigliato
Great pizza in Bagheria.
If you want to eat a really good pizza (but not only) go to Vintireci. The pizza menu is divided by sea, countryside and land and all the pizzas have excellent ingredients. I took the Panormus and it is really very good, very delicate. However, the cuisine is also exceptional not to mention the desserts. All really delicious, very kind staff! Price / unsurpassed quality! Super recommended
