The inside of the castle is very beautiful and interesting, then there is the walk outside which offers a view over the valley as far as the eye can see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo! Viaggiare è in definitiva un grande regalo e questo posto é uno dei qualli vi consiglio di visitare. Celano e il suo centro storico ancora con il toco antico, il Castello Piccolomini che aloggia il Museo d´arte Sacra de la Marsica sono dei tre posti fondamentali da caminare una volta si arriva in questa zona del Abruzzo.
Very beautifull! Traveling is ultimately a great gift and this place is one of which I recommend you visit. Celano and its historic center still with the ancient toco, the Piccolomini Castle which houses the Museum of Sacred Art of the Marsica are of the three fundamental places to walk once you arrive in this area of Abruzzo.
