Questa è trasparenza e professionalità.
Soprattutto se viene spiegato e specificato che chi chiama NON è il diretto interessato ma fa da tramite per un cliente che non è in Italia.
Per cui quando alla fine vengono chiesti euro 30 per la "chiamata" (che è il termine per la richiesta di un intervento presso il domicilio del cliente in caso di guuasti e malfunzionamenti di uno o più prodotti, e questo non lo era), è normale che si rimanga perplessi.
Il tecnico ha richiesto la conferma del titolare che non si è mosso dalla posizione riferendo che saranno scalati dal lavoro...
Il fatto che verranno scalati dall'eventuale lavoro è irrilevante, in quanto come avevo detto quando ho chiamato, non decido io se fare il lavoro e sicuramente dopo questa situazione, visto come si muovono per 30 euro, il lavoro di sicuro NON ci sarà.

The fact that they will be deducted from any work is irrelevant, because as I said when I called, I don't decide whether to do the work and certainly after this situation, given how they move for 30 euros, the work will certainly NOT be there.
