a	andrea mariani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto positiva in senso generale , un aspetto che ha fortemente diretto in senso negativo il mio giudizio, è dovuto alla mancanza di sedie per gli anziani nelle lunghe attese per gli esami del sangue. Nessuna sedia per persone anziane o malate che non riescono a stare un'ora o più in piedi. E di più, quando è stata fatta notare la cosa , la risposta è stata che non ci possono fare nulla non potendo disporne nessuna per l'attesa. Una vergogna direi !!! Although positive in a general sense, one aspect that has strongly directed my judgment in the negative is due to the lack of chairs for the elderly in the long waits for blood tests. No chairs for elderly or sick people who cannot stand an hour or more on their feet. Tramite impegnativa del medico per una visita oculistica con priorita' di 30 giorni per mio papa' prenoto a marzo di quest'anno un visita presso il CDI di RHO a maggio perché altri posti in altre date antecedenti non ci sono. Oggi, data della visita, mi reco a Rho, dopo 45 minuti di viaggio e pagamento di pedaggi vari autostradali. Mi viene detto che la visita non si può fare con SSN perché altrimenti il centro viene sanzionato per aver accettato una visita con priorità ad una data successiva alla priorità e quindi mi si propone una visita privata a pagamento a 102 €... ovviamente non ho accettato e me ne sono andata... se dovevo pagare qualcuno privatamente, lo facevo nella mia zona non andavo certo fino a Rho... e poi la prenotazione me l'hanno confermata anche via mail loro, quindi io ero tranquilla che mio papà oggi avrebbe fatto la visita tramite SSN presso il CDI di Rho. Davvero scandaloso come i cittadini vengono trattati da questi pseudoambulatori convenzionati con SSN. Segnalerò la cosa anza all'ASST di competenza. Really scandalous how citizens are treated by these pseudo-ambulators affiliated with the SSN. I will report this to the relevant ASST.
m	maurizio Swarzy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo i miei genitori 80enni per comodità, abitando lì vicino, hanno deciso di recarsi in questo centro per il prelievo del sangue… Assolutamente inadeguato, senza sedie dove poter aspettare, mia madre non riesce più a stare in piedi per lungo tempo, quando fa il prelievo gli consegnano il barattolo delle urine, là ragazzo molto MALEDUCATAMENTE, dice che non devono consegnarlo perché non dovevano farlo, peccato che avevo controllato io le impegnative giorni prima e lavorando anche io oramai da un bel po di anni nel settore , non credo di aver letto male, la ragazza non ha neanche controllato e ha buttato via i barattoli… a parte il prelievo fatto da una principiante… oltre il danno la beffa , perché dovranno andare in un altro centro . Purtroppo di solito vengono dove lavoro io … ma essendo molto lontano, hanno preferito andare vicino casa…. Forse meglio fare un’ora di macchina che avere un servizio del genere. Non si può lasciare la gente in fila per tutte queste ore. If it were possible I would put 0 stars. Every Saturday morning is a nightmare. 2 hours straight for a blood test! There are 5 branches but only two functioning. You can't leave people in line for all these hours.
D	Domenico Sciorra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi spiace ma con il sistema di prenotazione differita tramite regione Lombardia il servizio non funziona in quanto lasciati miei dati avuto conferma della richiesta di prenotazione e il codice azienda 690158 è dopo 15 giorni non sono stato contattato e la disponibilità che vedevo tramite il sito è da me contrassegnato non disponibile, anzi disponibile più per mesi,. Io ho una ricetta con priorità 30 giorni ora già perso oltre 15 giorni. Cosa facciamo asostemi se poi per negligenza o disservizio non funzionano? A	Ale Nephrurus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzerò questa occasione non per parlare del Cdi di Rho, o della sua organizzazione in generale, perchè perderei in poco tempo la serenità con cui sto scrivendo questa recensione, ma per raccontare di una dottoressa in particolare che si è comportata in un modo esemplare, la dott. Carta. Mi sono recata al cdi di via Magenta per un delicato esame femminile, una cosa che faccio ogni anno e che necessita di non più di 5 minuti di tempo. La dottoressa Carta ha percepito da poche frasi la mia preoccupazione e il mio stato d'animo spaventato e dopo aver finito il test, in modo assolutamente non dovuto, (e mai sperimentato prima) ha speso per me altro tempo, attenzioni e premure per tranquillizzarmi, per spiegarmi i possibili esiti successivi all'esame, per farmi capire che non dovevo preoccuparmi più del dovuto. L'avrei abbracciata al termine del nostro incontro, ma non è più possibile ahimè. La ringrazio Dottoressa, (semmai leggesse questo paragrafo), perchè per una volta non mi ha fatto sentire un numero ma una persona, e mi ha dedicato del tempo. Le auguro tutto il meglio. Doctor Carta perceived my concern and my frightened state of mind from a few sentences and after having finished the test, in an absolutely unnecessary way (and never experienced before) she spent more time, attention and concern for me to reassure me. , to explain the possible outcomes following the exam, to make me understand that I didn't have to worry more than I should. I would have hugged her at the end of our meeting, but alas it is no longer possible. Thank you Doctor, (if you ever read this paragraph), because for once you did not make me feel a number but a person, and you dedicated some time to me. I wish you all the best.

Dunque, dopo il tempo in attesa, il call center risponde ma non avendo le agende non può procedere con la prenotazione, non per colpa sua, ma perché il cdi stesso non gliele passa... Ho smesso di andarci. Peccato perché i medici erano competenti. Once it was a very efficient structure, until they changed the booking method. B	Beatrice in Wonderland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un tempo il CDI è stata una struttura davvero d'avanguardia, e nella sede di Rho mi sono sempre trovata bene. L'ultima volta poi, circa 3 mesi fa, ho trovato una dottoressa davvero gentile e disponibile. Peccato che poi, per un chiarimento sulla terapia prescritta, la dottoressa sia diventata irreperibile e alle mail non risponde mai. Mi spiace ma fino a qualche anno fa non ho mai avuto di questi problemi, tutt'altro. Un vero peccato, sarò costretta a cambiare centro.
