★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato da 4 anni una pergotenda doppia bioclimatica a lamelle Frigerio e una doppia con la tenda sempre Frigerio. Entrambe avrebbero dovuto essere a tenuta perfetta per la pioggia ed invece: quella con la tenda con gli acquazzoni non fa scorrere l'acqua, si riempie e piega permanentemente verso il basso le travi; quella con le lamelle con gli acquazzoni fa filtrare parecchia acqua lungo la superficie di raccordo con il muro e sui mobili che abbiamo sotto. Gli interventi post-vendita non hanno risolto questi problemi che evidentemente sono strutturali o di progettazione e ad oggi nessuno ci ha spiegato la situazione e proposto una soluzione nonostante i nostri solleciti. Siamo molto delusi perché avevamo deciso di comprare il top di gamma tecologico proprio per non avere questi problemi.
For 4 years we have purchased a Frigerio double bioclimatic slat pergola and a double one with the Frigerio awning. Both should have been perfectly sealed for rain and instead: the one with the awning with downpours does not let the water flow, it fills and bends the beams permanently downwards; the one with the slats with the showers makes a lot of water filter along the surface of connection with the wall and on the furniture that we have underneath. The after-sales interventions have not solved these problems which are obviously structural or design and to date no one has explained the situation to us and proposed a solution despite our requests. We are very disappointed because we had decided to buy the top of the technological range precisely to avoid these problems.
