Andati li per vedere un appartamento con ritardo di 10 minuti ci ha mandato letteralmente a cagare senza farci visionare nulla.

Ma dirlo prima no?mi tengo libera di proposito e vengo liquidata cosΓ¬? poco,poco professionali

Appointment to view a building rented for several days, 35 minutes before the hypothetical appointment I receive a phone call from a polite female voice who tells me that the apartment is no longer available! β β β β β Agenzia veramente poco seria e inaffidabile. Ho telefonato dopo aver visto un annuncio sul web per visionare un appartamento. Mi hanno fissato un appuntamento e abbiamo concordato data e luogo del ritrovo. Mi presento all'appuntamento e dopo un quarto d'ora di attesa non trovando nessuno decido di telefonare in agenzia. Mi rispondono dicendomi che l'appuntamento era stato annullato e che la mattina mi avevano telefonato per avvisarmi, cosa assolutamente non vera in quanto non ho ricevuto alcuna chiamata. Il motivo per cui l'appuntamento era stato annullato Γ¨ che l'appartamento a cui ero interessata era giΓ stato affittato la settimana prima. Ho perso tempo ma soprattutto la cosa che mi ha dato piΓΉ fastidio Γ¨ stato il fatto che per vedere l'appartamento ho dovuto chiudere prima la mia attivitΓ commerciale. Non ho davvero parole per descrivere questo comportamento assolutamente irrispettoso nei confronti dei clienti. Se state cercando casa non rivolgetevi a questa agenzia.
Really serious and unreliable agency. I phoned after seeing an ad on the web to view an apartment. They set an appointment for me and we agreed on the date and place of the meeting. I introduce myself to the appointment and after a quarter of an hour of waiting, finding no one, I decide to call the agency. They reply by telling me that the appointment had been canceled and that in the morning they had phoned me to let me know, which was absolutely not true because I didn't receive any calls. The reason the appointment was canceled is that the apartment I was interested in had already been rented the week before. I lost time but above all the thing that gave me the most trouble was the fact that to see the apartment I had to close my business first. I really have no words to describe this absolutely disrespectful behavior towards customers. If you are looking for a home, do not contact this agency.
