La linea ferroviaria è lontana dagli interessi dell' azienda e quindi viene servita solo perché il bacino di utenza è molto numeroso ma la qualità dello stesso servizio è mediocre, quasi pessima, nonostante la storicità (prima linea metropolitana d'Italia) ne richiederebbe altra e differente considerazione. Gli ormai numerosi turisti stranieri che frequentano la stazione potrebbero e dovrebbero essere accolti in modo differente. Maggio 2018. La ristrutturazione ha in qualche modo reso maggiormente agevole la stazione. Il principale miglioramento ha riguardato l'accessibilità anche nei riguardi di persone con ridotte capacità motorie. Restano le pecche per quanto riguarda il servizio metropolitano ma qui entriamo in un campo politico che richiede altri ambiti di discussione. Hanno rifatto da poco i lavori e la tabella orari l hanno piazzata dietro al cartello del binario.complimenti al direttore dei lavori Absolutely absurd..a station, which in 2017, still not accessible to the disabled. До центра ехать минут 25, т.к. поезда едут медленно, подолгу стоят на некоторых станциях и даже просто в тоннеле. Линия обслуживается довольно старыми поездами, мы ездили как в тёплом вагоне с отоплением, так и в абсолютно холодом, что зимой некомфортно. Один раз возвращались вечером пятницы из Неаполя и поезд по расписанию просто не приехал. Долго ждали хоть какой-нибудь другой, он в итоге доехал только до предыдущей станции Campi Flegri. В итоге шли пешком. Пишут, что в электричках вечером может быть небезопасно. Мы ни с чем подобным не столкнулись. Recently there was a renovation and the station looks decent.
