★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che d'ora in poi Cavaliere bici diventerà il mio punto di riferimento per i miei acquisti on line. Ero titubante per le parecchie recensioni negative in rete ma devo dire che per quanto mi riguarda sono stati rapidi, puntuali e molto competivi con i prezzi, tanto più su articoli al momento poco reperibili in rete. Dovranno solo migliorare la comunicazione perché nn ho avuto risposta su info riguardante l'ordine in corso, ma visto quanto sopra li perdono, aggiungerò l'ultima stella in futuro se si miglioreranno su qs aspetto.
 I believe that from now on Cavaliere bike will become my point of reference for my online purchases. I was hesitant about the many negative reviews on the net but I must say that as far as I'm concerned they were quick, punctual and very competitive with prices, especially on articles that are currently not available on the net. They will only have to improve the communication because I have not received an answer on info regarding the order in progress, but given the above I lose them, I will add the last star in the future if they improve on this aspect.

Prodotto acquistato (scarpe DMT KR1) assolutamente originale e perfettamente conforme alla descrizione (scarpe bellissime, comode, leggere, tecnicissime...). Una delle due suole aveva una grattatina segno che erano state misurate in negozio, ma per il resto assolutamente nuove ed immacolate. Prezzo ottimo.
Vista la mia esperienza (avevo già acquistato da loro in passato) lo consiglierei.
All perfect. Contacted before purchasing on WhatsApp to confirm the actual availability of the product, they were very quick and cordial in responding. Paid by bank transfer, the shipment was made the next working day.
Product purchased (DMT KR1 shoes) absolutely original and perfectly compliant with the description (beautiful, comfortable, light, very technical shoes ...). One of the two soles had a scratch mark that they had been measured in the shop, but otherwise absolutely new and immaculate. Great price.
Given my experience (I had purchased from them in the past) I would recommend it.

Comprato un cavalletto per mozzi posteriori dal loro sito. Le misure di quello che mi è arrivato sono diverse da quanto dichiarato nella pagina di presentazione e non è utilizzabile con nessuna bici (corsa o mtb) che abbia larghezza mozzi superiore a 12 cm (forse va bene per la Graziella). Ovviamente alla mia mail di richiesta informazioni non è mai pervenuta nessuna risposta. Infine, il signore che mi ha risposto al telefono non ha voluto riconoscere nessuna ragione e mi ha liquidato dicendo che ho sbagliato io ad acquistare.
Product does not conform to the description.
Bought a rear hub stand from their site. The measurements of what I received are different from what is stated on the presentation page and cannot be used with any bike (racing or mtb) that has hub widths greater than 12 cm (maybe it is good for the Graziella). Obviously, no reply was ever received to my information request email. Finally, the gentleman who answered the phone did not want to recognize any reason and dismissed me saying that I was wrong to buy.
