M	Massimiliano Di Pillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare assolutamente, descrivo brevemente quanto accaduto...effettuo un acquisto di un capo, chiamando prima, lo inserisco nel carrello spesa 144,00 euro, inserisco i dati per la spedizione...pago il tutto. dopo 1 oretta mi arriva una mail che mi chiedono 9,90 euro per la spesa di spedizione poichè per un loro problema il sistema non l'ha inserito mettendo 0 euro..procedo a pagare anche questa somma con paypal...la merce viene spedita da bartolini, doveva arrivare il giorno successivo ma me la spostano la consegna di giorno in giorno ..chiamo bartolini la merce non si sa che fine ha fatto ma non è mai arrivata in filiale di destinazione..forse mai la catti sport ha consegnato il prodotto?? o è andato perso?? chiamo la catti sport chiedendo il rimborso, visto che a 5 giorni non ho ancora la merce e non so quando arriverà e se arriverà mai...e mi rispondono prima che mi restituiranno subito il pagamento..poi mi arriva un'altra comunicazione che dovevano aspettare x il rimborso dove era finita la merce....veramente tutto assurdo..senza ne merce ne rimborso come se il loro corriere pagato anche 9.90 euro a parte, devo pagare e rispondere io della merce persa.. sto aprendo una denucia alle autorità uno xche il pagamento iniziale era 144 e se loro avevano un problema al loro sistema non si possono imputare altre somme a chi ha già effettuato l'aquisto!! chi sbaglia paga e a sbagliare non sono stato io.. due per la merce non ricevuta e ancora rimborsata...da evitare perchè poca serietà...e poi dicono che al SUD sono poco seri, forse il contrario... I proceed to pay this sum with paypal ... the goods are delivered sent by bartolini, it was supposed to arrive the next day but they move the delivery from day to day .. we call bartolini the goods do not know what happened but they never arrived at the destination branch .. maybe catti sport never delivered the product?? or is it lost? I call catti sport asking for a refund, since I still don't have the goods in 5 days and I don't know when it will arrive and if it will ever arrive ... and they answer me before they will return the payment immediately ... then another communication arrives that they had to wait for the reimbursement where the goods were finished .... really completely absurd .. without goods or reimbursement as if their courier paid even 9.90 euros separately, I have to pay and answer for the lost goods .. I'm opening a complaint to the authorities one because the initial payment was 144 and if they had a problem with their system, no other sums can be attributed to those who have already made the purchase !! whoever makes a mistake pays and it was not me who made mistakes .. two for the goods not received and yet reimbursed ... to be avoided because they are not serious ... and then they say that in the SOUTH they are not very serious, perhaps the opposite ...

In vita mia non ricordo un trattamento altrettanto cafone e irriverente But the blonde saleswoman ???? I believe that at least education is necessary to do work in contact with the public. I contacted their WhatsApp customer service to ask about a product (and shipping to Germany) and Enrico provided excellent service to help me with my purchase, including helping with placing my order and payment when I had technical difficulties on their online website. My order was placed Friday, shipped out on Monday, and received by Wednesday.
