★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice relatively small cathedral in the little mountainous sicilian village, on the road from Taormina to Messina. Main nave, altar, rows of the benches, paintings of the saints on the walls.

To get here from Taormina or Giardini Naxos, use the Interbus hop on hop off service for a 10 euro daily price. It takes you to both Forza d'Agro (the place with the church in the movie) and here to Savoca with the bar, and you will have 2 hours at least to see everything. I uploaded the current timetable to the photo section, as of 2016 July. For the most recent one, go to the tourist info point of your city, there is nothing I could find online.
