Nonostante il preventivo fosse di 2400 euro, al momento del pagamento me ne sono stati richiesti 2900, che ho pagato senza alcun problema. Tuttavia dopo soli tre giorni mi accorgo che il guasto al cambio si ripresenta, per cui mi reco nuovamente in officina per un controllo e dopo tale controllo viene confermato che il problema al cambio continua a persistere. Il capo officina mi spiega che il problema è sempre nel cambio, ma che non si trattava della stessa problematica per cui mi ero presentato, perciò mi chiedono altri 1600 euro per riparare nuovamente il cambio, quando in realtà il problema, come segnalano le spie, era sempre quello per cui mi ero presentato. Mi è stato detto quindi che mi avrebbero ricontattato, ma attendo ancora la telefonata. Esperienza da non ripetersi. Unfortunately my experience with this workshop car was not at all positive. The foreman explains to me that the problem is always in the gearbox, but that it was not the same problem for which I presented myself, so they ask me another 1600 euros to repair the gearbox again, when in reality the problem, as the warning lights indicate, it was always what I presented myself for. I was then told that they would get back to me, but I still await the call. Experience not to be repeated.
