 I have been the oldest mechanic several times, one of the owners tends to be gruff while the other is more likeable and easy-going, however, they do their duty very well together with their employees, taking care not to spend a folly by virtue of the vehicle.

Preparato e professionale, magari non indossa giacca e cravatta come troppi ciarlatani in giro, ma svolge molto bene il suo lavoro. Molto disponibile al confronto e alle obiezioni. Disponibilità di auto in prova non per il solito giretto ma per qualche ora. Ovviamente, acquisto andato a buon fine.
We turned to Giulio for a quote for a new car to buy. Prepared and professional, maybe he doesn't wear a jacket and tie like too many charlatans around, but he does his job very well.
