Dall’aspetto volutamente grande e sfarzoso, ha la porta d’ingresso che si raggiunge salendo ben nove gradini esterni.
The Cathedral of Santa Maria della Purificazione is the Cathedral of Termoli. It is located in the old town of the city. Currently, it is among the most important monuments of Molise. It fully represents the medieval period, the era of maximum economic expansion of the city. With its deliberately large and sumptuous appearance, it has the entrance door that can be reached by climbing nine external steps.
