Ciò nonostante la titolare è riuscita, con la sua scortesia ed arroganza, a rovinare un momento importante come la scelta dell'abito da cerimonia, per il semplice fatto che il negozio era pieno (zero organizzazione) e loro avevano bisogno del camerino. È stato, oltre che spiacevole, anche deludente per una che dice di lavorare nel settore da 20 anni! Conta solo il profitto, non importa il parere del cliente o la relazione con esso! Questa domanda ci è sorta perché abbiamo visto un allestimento molto pieno di capi e non tipico di una boutique. Lei immediatamente in modo molto scontroso e scortese ha risposto che non è assolutamente un outlet, ritenendola un’ offesa. Inoltre ci ha detto che se non eravamo in grado di comprendere gli articoli del negozio potevamo anche andarcene via. Noi basite e impietrite dalla sua scortesia ce ne siamo andate . P.s. Io ho lavorato in un outlet e mi sono davvero sentita offesa. La nostra era solo una domanda tranquilla, visto che a tutte noi ci è venuto il dubbio se fosse un outlet, fatevi una domanda sull’ allestimento dell’interno e delle vestine. La differenza di un negozio rispettato e di lusso la fa il personale e il loro servizio. Non lo consiglio assolutamente. I was walking with my friends and we entered this shop in Viale Ceccarini.
