Insomma il solito escamotage per obbligare ogni cittadino a rivolgersi ad un tecnico con conseguente aumento dei costi anche per le operazioni più banali come richiedere una visura catastale. In portineria l'impiegata ti accoglie disturbata dal dover alzare gli occhi dal suo smartphone e se gli si fa notare ,replica decisa che deve aggiornarsi...allo smartphone??? Ogni volta che sono entrato da tecnico per risolvere problemi catastali ne sono uscito deluso. Interminabili file davanti la porta, attese su attese e quasi sempre si riesce a parlare solo con funzionari scorbutici e presuntuosi che si atteggiano come Dio sceso in terra. Da qualche tempo si riceve su appuntamento preso telematicamente da un sito che non funziona bene. Quando con i miei colleghi abbiamo provato a chiedere informazioni ai funzionari hanno risposto: "non sappiamo come funziona...chiedete qui davanti in giro ai geometri che sono in attesa...
