Se siete nuovi ed avete voglia di conoscere le bontà del posto, consiglio di correre all'acquisto dell'ucciolo.
Nell’antica tradizione, l’ucciolo era un panetto di pasta lievitata cotta in un forno a legna. Le donne, quando facevano il pane in casa, usavano un po’ di quell’impasto per verificare la temperatura del forno: da quella prima infornata veniva fuori proprio l’ucciolo, poi farcito con quanto era disponibile. Quel pane così farcito alla fine veniva distribuito
ai bambini.
