A	Alice R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Castello stupendo e molto curato, attenzione dei dettagli sia negli interni che all'esterno, panorami meravigliosi, personale disponibile e molto gentile, camere nuove e pulite, con vista sulle colline. Consiglio anche di mangiare nel ristorante. Ottima esperienza!! Beautiful and well-kept castle, attention to detail both inside and outside, wonderful views, helpful and very kind staff, new and clean rooms, overlooking the hills. I also recommend eating in the restaurant. Great experience !!
S	Stefania Ferrari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bello il posto ma estremamente maleducato il gestore che, pur avendo lasciato il cancello spalancato ...ha mandato via in modo neppure troppo gentile , un gruppo di una d cina fi persone che facevano; na semplice escursione ed avevano chiesto soltanto di poter fare una foto dal cortile alla vallata sottostante!!!! Non penso che gli avrebbero " consumato" il suo prezioso cortile... In compenso si è fatto una pessima pubblicità!!!! Beautiful place but extremely rude the manager who, despite having left the gate wide open ... sent away in a not too kind way, a group of some Chinese people who were doing it; na simple excursion and they had only asked to be able to take a photo from the courtyard to the valley below !!!! I don't think they would "consumed" its precious courtyard ... On the other hand, there was a bad publicity !!!!
C	Cri Biaso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il castello di Viano è uno splendido esempio di come una struttura così antica possa convivere con una ristrutturazione dei giorni nostri e con l'aggiunta di elementi estremamente moderni e di design.Ogni piccolo particolare è stato curato con attitudine minimalista e rispetto per le destinazioni d'uso di un tempo .Dal punto di vista del soggiorno purtroppo,tanti sono stati gli aspetti carenti. A parte il ceck in /ceck out veloci e indolori,e la gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolti,in camera mancavano quasi tutti i benefit che sono indicati in fase di prenotazione.Non c'era il bollitore, né la bottiglia d'acqua, né la frutta/ dolcetti, né la cuffia da doccia, né gli spazzolini,ma soprattutto non c'era il balsamo né lo shampoo ne tantomeno il SAPONE che abbiamo richiesto la mattina dopo. La colazione è stata molto deludente,a 160 euro a notte.....non aspettatevi di certo quella indicata nella foto di Booking .Peccato. The castle of Viano is a splendid example of how such an ancient structure can coexist with a modern day renovation and with the addition of extremely modern and design elements.Every small detail has been treated with a minimalist attitude and respect for the destinations of use of the past. From the point of view of the living room, unfortunately, there were many lacking aspects. Apart from the quick and painless check-in / check-out, and the kindness of the lady who greeted us, the room lacked almost all the benefits that are indicated at the time of booking. , neither the fruit / sweets, nor the shower cap, nor the toothbrushes, but above all there was no conditioner nor shampoo nor the SOAP that we requested the next morning. The breakfast was very disappointing, at 160 euros per night ..... certainly do not expect the one shown in the Booking photo. Too bad.

Conto astronomico.... Botturna a confronto è una mensa comunale Very nice place, ate excellent dishes; Too bad we could not consult a menu with relative prices to avoid being literally ROBBERED. Stunning views on the plains and surrounding tamed hills, excellent organic cured meat, and beautiful walks on the Spallanzani trail from Reggio museum to Scandiano uphill to Casina. Ideal for functions and events, but also for couple overnight stay. Highly recommended for a weekend tour.
