Trovo che sia un vero peccato, perché è un monumento che potrebbe dare lustro al paese in cui si trova. The castle was closed. I learned about the place that does not open at the indicated times and that visiting it is very difficult. I find it a real shame, because it is a monument that could give prestige to the country in which it is located.

Il ristorante è stato da poco riaperto per nuova gestione. Menù di carne ben assortito, ottimi gli antipasti. Molto buona la guancia di manzo sul letto di purè. Un po' lento il servizio, ma giustificabile dalla recente apertura. The Taverna Savelli is located in the historic center of Palombara Sabina. The restaurant is housed in a very suggestive cave. The restaurant has recently reopened under new management. Well-assorted meat menu, excellent appetizers. The beef cheek on a bed of mashed potatoes is very good. The service is a little slow, but justifiable by the recent opening.
