Si paga 2.5€ a testa per l'ingresso e non c'è una vera e propria spiegazione di quello che si vede . Però c'è un QR code che rimanda al sito turismo Bobbio dove c'è una accurata spiegazione della storia del castello .
Sia in forma scritta sia in audio.
L'interno risulta abbastanza spoglio ci sono dei fogli di spiegazione nelle principali stanze.
Il castello si sviluppa su tre piani.
Sono rimasti pochissimi mobili dell'epoca e come già detto in precedenza il museo è molto scarso però tutto sommato la visita è piacevole . Dall'ultimo piano si gode una visuale magnifica, si domina tutto il paesaggio di Bobbio spaziando su tutti 4 i lati .
L'ultimo piano del castello è ricoperto di vetrate però non so ancora la funzione di questo spazio .
Nello spazio esterno ci sono altri complessi da vedere tra cui anche le vecchie carceri o almeno così ci è stato detto.
Morale della favola nulla di che però una visita veloce la merita

You pay 2.5 € each for entry and there is no real explanation of what you see. However, there is a QR code that refers to the Bobbio tourism site where there is an accurate explanation of the history of the castle.
In both written and audio form.
The interior is quite bare there are explanatory sheets in the main rooms.
The castle is spread over three floors.
There are very few pieces of furniture from the period left and, as already mentioned, the museum is very scarce, but all in all, the visit is pleasant. From the top floor you can enjoy a magnificent view, overlooking the whole landscape of Bobbio spanning all 4 sides.
The top floor of the castle is covered with stained glass but I still don't know the function of this space.
In the outer space there are other complexes to see including the old prisons or so we have been told.
Moral of the story, but a quick visit deserves nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suggestivo e in posizione strategica (come buona parte dei castelli). Ben conservato internamente merita la salita fino alla sommità da cui vi vede a 360° tutta Bobbio e la valle dove scorre il Trebbia. Ingresso 2,50€.
Suggestive and in a strategic position (like most of the castles). Well preserved internally, it is worth the climb to the top from which you can see all of Bobbio and the valley where the Trebbia flows at 360 °. Admission € 2.50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente non lo definirei "castello" ma più, una resistenza nobile, a forma castellana. Tale residenza sarebbe ancora abitabile e vivibile. I mobili, gli armadi a muro, specchiera e lampadari sono di notevole fattura. Alcuni disegni ed affreschi sono veramente interessanti. Anche le prigioni e le case adiacenti sono stupende. La posizione poi, come sempre, è spettacolare. La vista sul paese ed il ponte è veramente bella.
Honestly I would not call it a "castle" but more, a noble resistance, in the form of a castle. This residence would still be habitable and livable. The furniture, the built-in wardrobes, mirror and chandeliers are of remarkable workmanship. Some drawings and frescoes are really interesting. The prisons and adjacent houses are also gorgeous. The location, as always, is spectacular. The view over the town and the bridge is truly beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volendo visitare il borgo di Bobbio vale la pena visitare anche il castello Malaspina. Visita veloce in autonomia, costo di 2.50 euro.
Spettacolare la vista a 360 gradi dalla Torre che si raggiunge con un centinaio di scalini (la salita non è faticosa perché ci si riposa nei piani intermedi, alcuni dei quali arredati)
If you want to visit the village of Bobbio, it is also worth visiting the Malaspina castle. Quick visit on your own, cost 2.50 euros.
The 360-degree view from the Tower is spectacular, which can be reached with a hundred steps (the climb is not tiring because you rest on the intermediate floors, some of which are furnished)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel castello, tenuto bene, il prezzo è buono ( euro 2.50 ) ed è un peccato non visitarlo. dispiace solo che ci siano pochissimi arredi a testimonianza del vissuto. da visitare invece il borgo xchè bellissimo con le sue chiese e la sua abbazia. camminando attraverso i vicoli invece sembra che il tempo non sia passato, assolutamente da vedere il ponte vecchio imponente e pieno di storia un gioiello x Bobbio.
A beautiful castle, well kept, the price is good (€ 2.50) and it is a shame not to visit it. only regret that there are very few furnishings as evidence of the experience. to visit instead the beautiful village xchè with its churches and its abbey. walking through the alleys instead it seems that time has not passed, absolutely to see the imposing old bridge full of history a jewel for Bobbio.
