 Structure from the Lombard era and transformed into a castle in the 16th century. In recent times it has undergone careful restoration and is owned by the Municipality of Manocalzati. Used for cultural, musical events and various event locations.

Facilmente raggiungibile, a breve distanza dal casello di Avellino est, si erge sulla collina; dalla sommità bel colpo d'occhio sulla verde irpinia. Gradinata (ma anche possibilità di accesso con ascensore), cortile interno e diverse sale per svariati usi. Recentemente ristrutturato, in contesto curato, racconta di storia millenaria.
Visited as a professional event location. Easily reachable, a short distance from the exit of Avellino east, it stands on the hill; from the top, a beautiful view of the green Irpinia. Steps (but also possibility of access by lift), internal courtyard and several rooms for various uses. Recently renovated, in a well-kept context, it tells a thousand-year history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo del luogo sono poco obiettivo, mettendo il cappello da turista però sono costretto a togliere una stella in quanto la struttura oggi interpreta poco il monumento storico e molto di più la location per eventi.
Ha delle potenzialità turistiche che vengono totalmente ignorate. Peccato.
Being from the place I am not very objective, putting on the tourist hat but I am forced to remove a star as the structure today does not interpret the historical monument and much more the location for events.
It has tourism potential that is totally ignored. Sin.
