Avremmo voluto visitare il castello ma non è stato possibile perché occorreva prenotare in anticipo e la visita era prevista per 15 persone! Se ho ben capito la visita avrebbe previsto una degustazione. In effetti nella corte del castello che abbiamo visitato solo dall’esterno c’era una cantina vinicola. Ho trovato un po’ strambo collegare la visita al castello ad una degustazione ma… è così! Sta di fatto che con i miei 11 amici Siamo andati a Castiglion del lago. B	Bill Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a number of visits to Castello di Magione with SMOM friends for wine tastings. This pocket castle dates back to 1150 and is currently open to groups. The wine on location represents two other Order of Malta wine estates, Villa Giustiniani and Rocca Bernarda as well as Castello di Magione. All three wine estates have excellent wines and Castello di Magione is a must visit (do book ahead) if you are enjoying a visit to Umbria.
