★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left shortly after we checked in. It smelled, it is dated, there is no view, there was no one to help with luggage, it is in a yucky neighborhood. The bed broke when my average sized husband sat on it. The shower was moldy. We did not get one dollar back and unfortunately, like fools, we paid for the entire thing in advance. We booked through Lemon Tree Rentals and that appears to have been a mistake because we probably paid more and they certainly did not stand behind the booking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel in quiet place of the city in 20m walking distance to city center. No own restaurant but pretty nice restaurant located in 2m walk. Great view on the lake, nice pool and very cute garden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited castello belvedere in the first week of December and the experience was simply amazing. The views from the terrace are breathtaking. The apartment was very clean and we were impressed with the size of it. The kitchenette is decently equipped for simple meals. The free WiFi was very good. The staff their were very warm and were ready to assist us when requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful stay. Starting that I didn't expect our apartment to have such a large terrace. The view is breathtaking! The reception was very friendly (we arrived after midnight, when we asked for restaurant suggestions they gave us a complete list, we used the Castello's bikes, they accepted our dog...). I definitely want to come back!
