★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi. Diversi problemi nel corso dell'opera (magari anche fisiologici) risolti solo dopo numerose richieste e solleciti. Ho atteso, INVANO!, quasi 5 mesi per un preventivo per un condizionatore (me ne avevano mandato uno, sbagliato, dopo quasi un mese) e all'ennesimo sollecito mi hanno riferito di essere troppo pieni per queste cose e di rivolgermi altrove: si sono dimostrati professionali solo finché il corrispettivo da incassare risultava elevato, poi tanti saluti e (neanche) grazie.
La recensione non si riferisce ai dipendenti che, invece, quando intervenuti, hanno sempre dimostrato capacità, puntualità e cortesia.
Shameful. Several problems in the course of the work (perhaps even physiological) solved only after numerous requests and reminders. I waited, in vain !, almost 5 months for a quote for an air conditioner (they sent me one, wrong, after almost a month) and at the umpteenth reminder they told me they were too full for these things and to turn elsewhere: yes they are shown to be professional only as long as the consideration to be collected was high, then many greetings and (not even) thanks.
The review does not refer to employees who, on the other hand, when intervening, have always shown ability, punctuality and courtesy.
