★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo pittoresco borgo sul ciglio di un dirupo della Valle del Castellano, frazione di Ascoli Piceno, con il centro storico molto ben conservato e una necropoli longobarda nelle vicinanze che va assolutamente visitata.
Punto di partenza per escursioni su entrambi i versanti della Valle.
Consigliatissimo
 Small picturesque village on the edge of a cliff in the Valle del Castellano, a hamlet of Ascoli Piceno, with a very well preserved historic center and a nearby Lombard necropolis that must be absolutely visited.
Starting point for excursions on both sides of the valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliato da un programma televisivo ci siamo recati apposta a visitarlo. Molto bello ed originale sicuramente restaurato. È buon vero borgo circondato da mura situato su una rocca dove nel punto più alto c'è una chiesa momentaneamente chiusa. Bellissimi scorci e panorami. Al centro c'è pure un ottimo ristorante dove consumare delle specialità locali. Comodo da raggiungere sulla strada che da Ascoli va verso Valle Castellana. Da non perdere la passeggiata sul fiume che comincia a soli 800 mt dal borgo. All'ingresso del borgo troverete un caro ragazzo che si chiama Mauro che gentilmente vi fornirà tante informazioni. E' proprio una brava persona
Recommended by a television program we went to visit it on purpose. Very nice and original, certainly restored. It is a very good village surrounded by walls located on a rock where at the highest point there is a temporarily closed church. Beautiful views and views. In the center there is also an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy local specialties. Convenient to reach on the road that goes from Ascoli to Valle Castellana. Do not miss the walk on the river which begins just 800 meters from the village. At the entrance of the village you will find a dear boy called Mauro who will kindly provide you with lots of information. He's a really good person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is actually a lovely little town but not enough has been done to preserve it after the 2016 earthquake. Hopefully the buildings and the castle which cannot be seen will be restored to their original beauty.
