★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traumhaft schön gelegenes Castel inmitten der Weinberge von Elena Walch mit Blick auf den Kalterer See. Neben der Weinprobe und dem Weinverkauf gibt es hier ein Bistro mit sehr schöner Terrasse sowie leckeren Snacks und hervorragenden Weinen. Einen Besuch kann ich absolut nur weiterempfehlen!
 Fantastically beautiful Castel in the midst of the vineyards of Elena Walch overlooking the Lake Caldaro. In addition to the wine tasting and wine sales, there is a bistro with a very nice terrace as well as delicious snacks and excellent wines. I can only recommend a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Castel Ringberg, das sagt wenigen was. Sage ich Elena Walch, dann ist alles klar. Die haben gute, sehr gute und ausgezeichnete Weine. Ich habe einen, zwei von den guten bzw. sehr guten. Und dann habe ich noch einen Beyond the Clouds 2016. Für einen ganz besondere Anlass wird der aufgehoben. Ich habe so einen bisher nur ein einziges mal probiert. Auf Ringberg war nicht zu letzten mal.
Castel Ringberg, that doesn't say anything. If I say Elena Walch, then everything is clear. They have good, very good and excellent wines. I have one, two of the good or very good ones. And then I have a Beyond the Clouds 2016. It's kept for a very special occasion. I've only tried one like this once so far. It wasn't the last time on Ringberg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un luogo suggestivo per la cornice che offre mentre si degusta un buon calice di vino.
Bella l'idea della passeggiata all'interno dei vigneti (forse è meglio evitarla nei periodi più caldi) e fantastico il panorama tutto intorno. La cantina offre poco dal momento che c'è giusto qualche barrique.
Buona la degustazione ottimamente accompagnata dal personale e sempre di livello i vini dell'azienda.
It is a suggestive place for the setting it offers while enjoying a good glass of wine.
Nice idea of the walk inside the vineyards (perhaps it is better to avoid it in the hottest periods) and the panorama all around is fantastic. The cellar offers little since there are just a few barriques.
Good tasting accompanied by the staff and always of the company's wines.
