1- Dinner started with an amazing raw fish; red shrimps were really good. But then the cod fish was mediocre.
2- They ignored us when we asked why this might that be, if it's not a cod season or something.
But in general, nice atmosphere, nice service, nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant, the food is original but faithful to the sicilian flavours with beautifully plated dishes mostly of pasta with seafood. Unfortunately, we happened to be there on a Friday night and although they didn’t seem terribly busy, the service was clumsy. They forgot to bring the menu and the bill took over 30 minutes. I do recommend it if you are willing to pay a bit more for something different; however, many other restaurants in Noto can offer better food at a lower price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturday night in Noto it is difficult to find a place for dinner and probably not easy to eat well. Yet Càssaro offered us very delicious dishes. Grilled octopus served on a bed of chickpea humus garnished with tomato confit, spaghetti with raw prawns, cod served on a bed of pea puree. Definitely all very good. Fast and accurate service. Costs in line with quality. Definitely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best restaurants we went to in Sicily! Everything was excellent and fresh. Our favorite was the pasta with fresh gamberi - incredible! Excellent wine list as well. It’s a must try!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very welcoming and you feel that they are passionate about their place. Excellent food, especially the raw fish platter which we had as a starter. They would open and let us taste three bottles of wine till we found our perfect match.
