Great city & casino, very low key and not so expensive. Would love to return again someday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Americans beware, even though the health ministry of Italy allows United States visitors to present paper vaccination proof, they will not let you in since you do not have a "green pass", the employees do not understand that we do not have a QR code and the pharmacies cannot make a green pass with our CDC vaccination cards. The guard last night was also extremely rude and hostile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled in Italy for the month of September, 2021. I was not denied entry to any establishment with my American Covid-19 vaccination card. It is now April, 2022. At this time, Italy has lifted the mandatory Covid-19 Green Card restrictions. None-the-less, I was denied entry into the Casino di Sanremo today, even though I have an up-to-date US Covid-19 vaccination card, now showing that also received the booster. The man at the door was very rude, which made the situation worse.

Only place in Italy where this has been true.
The Vatican Museum, the Borghese Museum, the Ufizzi Museum, and every restaurants we entered have accepted the CDC card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An historic fancy place. The casino was very comfortable, there were not a lot of machines but the atmosphere was good! After all we had a good time. The slot machines received euros so you don’t have to change your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great looking building. Very well lit during the night. Inviting with a red carpet and well maintained surroundings. Situated in the heart of Sanremo, it is for some the reason they go to Sanremo since it's one of the most popular casinos in the area.
