Per montare 5 finestre con relative tapparelle sono dovuti tornare 4 volte sollecitati all'infinito e hanno anche distrutto un muro già completato costringendomi a richiamare muratori e pittori per le riparazioni con un notevole danno monetario. Ovviamente si sono discolpati dicendo che il muro stesso presentava difetti di struttura senza neanche cercare di ripararlo a loro carico per dimostrare buona fede. Prese anche male le misure, hanno dovuto ricorrere a dei rivestimenti aggiuntivi che per grazia divina non ho dovuto pagare... Materiali ovviamente sbagliati nelle placche delle tapparelle. Al costo netto di 3 euro da Obi sono andato io stesso a comprarle perché loro non le avevano in fornitura... Mi spiace perché sono stati disponibili e simpatici, è sicuramente piacevole conoscerli ma nei termini di lavoro non si interviene in questi modi. Commitment and sympathy bring them to us but ... ... Zanzariere del colore sbagliato, misure leggermente sbagliate. Professionalità pessima nel montaggio, assenza di rifiniture, insomma un macello totale. Leggendo le altre recensioni vedo che a qualcuno è andata anche peggio. Daniele Pilati truffatore e senza palle, visto che dopo aver fatto il danno si nasconde dietro i suoi scagnozzi e non si fa più vedere/sentire. Complimenti, sarete già falliti a questo punto. Speriamo che le finestre almeno reggano qualche anno!! L’elenco delle nefandezze e delle scorrettezze che questa azienda ha commesso nell’effettuare dei lavori a casa mia è infinito. Porte e finestre di materiale sbagliato, misure sbagliate, colori sbagliati, promesse di rimborso mai mantenute e questo dopo che avevo provveduto INTERAMENTE al pagamento prima ancora dell’esecuzione dei lavori. Sono tornati 10 volte a casa ed hanno impiegato 2 mesi per montare 4 finestre, 4 porte e 4 zanzariere. Il prezzo è l’unica loro arma, na non fatevi convincere o alla fine vi rimetterete. Mi hanno inviato personale che non è mai riuscito a fornire l'assistenza adeguata e le varie prese in giro per telefono!! Ad oggi mi ritrovo un prodotto che non ho mai ordinato, rovinato da chi ha fornito assistenza, il titolare non si è mai presentato per sincerarsi del problema, ed ho dovuto acquistare un'altra porta d'ingresso altrove! Lascio a voi i commenti!! Sono venuti a casa con delle finestre diverse da quelle che avevo ordinato e nel montaggio ne hanno spaccata una perchè le dimensioni erano sbagliate e per farla entrare l'hanno presa a martellate. Per 6 mesi ho sollecitato la sostituzione con continue chiamate ma mi hanno sempre presa in giro. L'ultima volta che ho chiamato mi volevano rifare la finestra con misure ad occhio di 2 cm più piccola!!! Ho rinunciato per non avere più a che fare con loro. Absolutely to avoid! Dopo aver ordinato gli infissi a gennaio ed aver versato 2 bonifici per un totale di più di 2000 euro, sono completamente scomparsi nel nulla per più di 6 mesi, anche dopo averli diffidati via PEC. Siamo favorevoli ad una class action, non è giusto che dopo aver truffato tutte queste persone questo individuo possa passarla liscia. Ho ordinato le finestre all'inizio della loro attività, forse per questo le hanno montate, ma non hanno rispettato i tempi e hanno anche provato a chiedere più soldi di quanto pattuito. Hanno sbagliato a prendere le misure delle fascette copritelaio e dopo due anni ancora non le hanno portate. Le finestre sono poco rifinite hanno messo schiuma ovunque.
