Un negoziante onesto non avrebbe omesso tale informazione.
Complimenti, per 35 euro avete perso un cliente ed una buona recensione.

I rely on them for a trivial repair that I specify at the time of the request I could do by myself if I had thermal paste: they charge me 35 euros + VAT for a 4-minute job and the aforementioned was present in the kit they sold me.
An honest shopkeeper would not have omitted this information.
Congratulations, for 35 euros you lost a customer and a good review.
