E	Emanuele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È ben fatto ma piccolo per quanto traffico si viene a creare specialmente a determinati orari e/o giorni... probabilmente non si poteva fare di più dato la spazio fisico a disposizione, ma tant’è! It is well done but small for how much traffic is created especially at certain times and / or days ... probably more could not have been done given the physical space available, but so be it!

I casellanti..purtroppo i dirigenti hanno gli occhi bendati...i caselli di Milazzo andrebbero aumentati, è uno snodo importante ,il self service è molto lento ...code a non finire sabato e domenica.....la buonanima avrebbe già risolto......pazienza. Very friendly. The toll booths .. unfortunately the managers are blindfolded ... the Milazzo toll booths should be increased, it is an important junction, the self service is very slow ... endless queues on Saturday and Sunday ..... the good soul would already solved ...... patience.

A	Antonino Saya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse , ( ripeto : forse ) tutte le volte che sono transitato io , ho sempre avuto a che fare con personale gentile e professionale ,che ha compiuto le operazioni, usualmente inerenti al transito dei tanti passeggeri , e nel rispetto della celerità ( ovvero senza causare inutili ingorghi o stazionamenti eccessivi per la lentezza dell ' operare ) e alla cortesia -- ovvero augurando il " Buon viaggio " come auspicio al passeggero , che trova l'augurio stesso -- nell'immediatezza del momento -- come motivo di gratitudine e buona disposizione a continuare il viaggio con animo sereno e più rinfrancato ! Perhaps, (I repeat: perhaps) every time I have passed through, I have always had to deal with kind and professional staff, who have carried out the operations, usually inherent in the transit of many passengers, and in compliance with speed (i.e. without causing useless traffic jams or excessive parking due to the slowness of the work) and courtesy - or wishing the "Good trip" as a wish to the passenger, who finds the wish itself - in the immediacy of the moment - as a reason for gratitude and good willing to continue the journey with a serene and more refreshed soul!
D	David Bernava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura sottodimensionata per l'afflusso di auto che circolano in determinati orari. Oggi per raggiungere il casello dall'asse viario ho impiegato un'ora! Arrivato al casello non usciva il biglietto, premuto il pulsante per la richiesta di Assistenza non si è fatto vivo nessuno. Dopo qualche minuto un tizio sceso da un'auto in fila dietro di me è entrato nella struttura ha preso un biglietto e me l'ha dato. Situazioni assurde! Under-sized structure for the influx of cars circulating at certain times. Today it took me an hour to reach the toll booth from the road axis! When the toll came, the ticket did not come out, no one was shown when the Assistance request button was pressed. After a few minutes a guy got out of a car in a row behind me entered the structure and took a ticket and gave it to me. Absurd situations!

M	Maurizio Galleni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telepass may temporarily be down causing delays. It may also be confusing since the 2 Telepass tolls are not sufficiently clear about the exits. There's no control over motorists that change lanes inadvertently and/or skip the line altogether, potentially putting in danger drivers that are less familiar with this toll.
