★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio poco assortito,prezzi superiori hai pochi negozi rimasti,toilette sempre fuori servizio o se non lo è ti chiedono pure perché devi andare in bagno. Da migliorare sicuramente anche il personale .
A poorly stocked shop, higher prices, you have few shops left, the toilet is always out of order or if it isn't, they ask you why you need to go to the bathroom. The staff certainly needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco gentile non mi hanno voluto incartare un regalo, l ho chiesto gentilmente perché stavo andando a un compleanno e mi hanno risposto che non li possono incartare perché c era confusione invece c erano due commesse che non facevano nulla in quel momento.
Unkind staff did not want to wrap a gift for me, I asked politely why I was going to a birthday and they replied that they cannot wrap them because there was confusion instead there were two shop assistants who did nothing at that moment.

Poco personale per situazione pandemica ma molto disponibile all'occorrenza.
Wide assortment, an enchanted place for children who can wander around and "get lost" among the different departments.
Little staff due to pandemic situation but very helpful when needed.

Fanno in modo di perdere il cliente!! Trattandolo senza nessuna gentilezza e riguardo!! Prezzi? esagerati! Lo stesso tipo di barbie in un noto posto di Milazzo lo trovato 20 euro in meno!!! Una truffa!!!
Female staff (I am referring to two salesmen in particular to one) not at all friendly and polite! They don't know how to deal with regular customers who buy! Far from it! They make sure you lose the customer !! Treating him without any kindness and respect !! Prices? exaggerated! I found the same type of barbie in a well-known place in Milazzo 20 euros less !!! A fraud!!!
