★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei migliori gorgonzola . L'esperienza olfattiva in questo luogo la dice lunga. Io i formaggi odorosi prima li assaggio col naso. Chi non fosse d'accordo si mangi pure la ricottina e non ci stressi con i formaggi tipo gorgonzola ma "deodorati".
One of the best gorgonzola. The olfactory experience in this place speaks volumes. I first taste the fragrant cheeses with my nose. If you do not agree, eat ricottina and do not stress us with cheeses such as gorgonzola but "deodorati".
