★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo Caseificio di mozzarelle di bufala, ormai storico di Frattaminore... i cui prodotti sono di eccellente qualità. Il punto vendita per il pubblico è gestito da Rocco da tanti anni, persona molto gentile e garbato con i clienti.
Su ordinazione è possibile acquistare la famosa "zizzona" e/o il treccione di mozzarella. Da consigliare certamente.
