★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essere stato dal mio caseificio di fiducia non avendo trovato la mozzarella perché già finita, sono passato da BuBalis e dopo averla mangiato ho capito perché voi ce l'avevate ancora .Non era tutta mozzarella di giornata sicuramente era mista una fresca di giornata e quindi discreta, ma la maggior parte era di ieri se non ancora più vecchia. Poi per quanto riguarda il prezzo è stato applicato un aumento sproporzionato ed ingiustificato.
